This is how temporary employment works in your company

We bear the employer's risk for you, because the employee we place with your company is permanently employed by A - Z. He or she receives a wage for his or her work performance in accordance with the collective wage agreement of the IGZ, Interessengemeinschaft Zeitarbeit. He receives a wage for his work which is based on the tariff of the IGZ, Interessengemeinschaft Zeitarbeit. We are particularly concerned that our employees are paid appropriately for their work, which is why they are usually paid above the collective wage agreement.


We invoice you monthly for the hours worked by the employee in your company. All costs of social insurances, professional association, continued payment of wages in case of illness, pregnancy, absence from work, vacation, etc. are included in our prices. You can easily calculate, have summarized all costs per hour in one price.

This means that you only incur costs if the employee has actually worked for you. If the employee is on vacation, for example, you will not incur any costs for these periods. This is just one of the many advantages for your company.
